Meet Jay, the president of KSE Systems. His parents came from humble beginnings, having immigrated to America in 1990 from postwar Vietnam–without a single dollar in their pockets. From an early age, he was taught to be independent and use his own skills to make his goals into reality. After all, most Vietnamese immigrants understood that nothing was guaranteed to you in life, and that the only thing you could truly rely on was your own willpower. Everything that he does today is in appreciation and respect for his parents’ journey, and he wants to be able to give the same opportunities he received to those who seek to forge their own destinies. Today, his goals include making his firm the top performing branch in the nation for his clients, building dance studios for kids, and writing novels.

Meet Esteban, the operations manager at KSE Systems. Esteban is a resilient individual who has overcome numerous challenges in his life. He was born to immigrant parents who worked tirelessly to provide for their family. Despite their best efforts, Esteban found himself on his own at the age of 18, with all odds seemingly against him. Undeterred, Esteban persevered and is working hard to build a successful life for himself. He has faced many obstacles along the way, but his determination and strong work ethic have helped him overcome them all. Today, Esteban is working hard towards greatness, and some of his goals include making his parents proud, putting others into business and helping others find true joy in learning and loving who they are.

Meet Yesenia, the senior account manager at KSE Systems. Yesenia is a first-generation Mexican-American who often thanks her family’s support and guidance for becoming the woman she is today. Growing up she had huge admiration towards her parents for starting all over again in a whole new country as immigrants. At such a young age she understood the importance of working really hard and helping as many people as possible along the process. A quote she often goes by is, “There’s no such thing as failure unless you give up”.

Meet Jehu, one of the junior account managers at KSE Systems. He loves art, movies, writing and philosophy, and is originally from East LA. As soon as he finished high school, he started working in the hospitality industry as a dish washer and worked his way up to management. However, he had always felt he was destined for something much bigger. Always wanting to learn something new everyday, he began his journey for greatness. He went through so many obstacles in life, but always persevered and managed to come out on top. He never gives up, even when all odds are against him. He will always fight to reach his ultimate goal: To be a successful business owner with several campaigns under his name.

Meet Hector, one of the junior account managers at KSE Systems. He grew up in Boyle Heights, and through many mistakes and lessons, learned to create his own path away from the streets. His family, immigrants from El Salvador, gave him a great example of hard work, dedication, and the “whatever it takes” mindset. As the oldest of 3 siblings, he had a self imposed sense of responsibility to take care and be a pillar of his family. Through his humbled acceptance of his faith understood that he was meant to serve and fight the good fight like a true warrior. Now in the realm of entrepreneurship he has found his outlet to complete his purpose and serve the masses and his creator.
